Shipping policy

Free shipping on all orders to the countries we ship to. The available countries are shown at checkout.

Production time
Every order is made to order. Production takes 5–10 business days before your order ships.

Delivery time
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days. These are estimates. Carriers, customs or busy seasons can cause delays.

Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a confirmation with your tracking number.

Shipping Protection
Optional Shipping Protection covers your order against loss, theft or damage in transit. If your protected order is lost, stolen or damaged, contact us and we will send a free replacement or a refund.

Wrong address
Please check your shipping address before you pay. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address given at checkout.

Duties and taxes
Orders inside the EU include VAT. For orders outside the EU, the carrier may charge import duties or taxes on delivery.
