14-day right of withdrawal (EU customers)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. To do so, send us a clear message through our contact page or to [Store email] with your order number. We refund the price of the products and the standard shipping cost within 14 days of your message. We may wait to refund you until we receive the items back or you send proof that you have shipped them. You pay the cost of returning the items.

30-day returns for everyone
On top of that, any customer can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photo or video. Please do it as soon as possible, ideally within 3 days of delivery, so we can solve it quickly. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you will not pay any return shipping. This does not affect your legal guarantee rights.

How to start a return
Write to us through our contact page or at [Store email] with your order number. We will reply with the return address and the next steps. We cannot accept items sent back without a return request.

Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few more business days to show it.

Add-ons
Shipping Protection is refunded only if the whole order is canceled before it ships. The 60 Day Extended Warranty is refunded if you return the product it covers.
